Does it work without internet?
Yes. Reps can check in, take orders, record visits and add new shops with no signal. Everything is kept on the phone and sent when signal returns. Nothing is removed from the phone until the server confirms it has it.
Do my reps need to install anything?
No app store download. They open the link in their phone browser and add it to the home screen. It works on Android phones and iPhones.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Fill in our Excel templates and upload them. Every row is checked first, and rows already in the app are skipped. You can import again at any time.
Who can see our cost prices?
Only your admins. Reps and managers see selling prices. This is enforced inside the database, not just hidden on the screen.
What happens when a plan ends?
You get seven days of grace. After that the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything until you renew. Your data is not deleted.
Which currencies and countries?
Each company chooses naira, pounds or dollars, its own time zone, working days and VAT rate. Plans are charged in naira.
